We don’t have to tell you that, Music Moves! Music moves the heart, mind, and soul. Music excites, encourages, comforts and inspires. In the hands of the Youth, music focuses the mind, gives direction, dedication, purpose and can deter drug use, gang participation and other negative outcomes. All of this happens while encouraging self esteem, education and discipline.
In light of all the incredible benefits music brings to our youth, we present the Youth Music Awards. This event serves to celebrate artist in high school and younger, encourage students to get involved in the arts and donate funds to music programs so that they may increase and serve more youth.
